Long established and highly successful brewing company, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has appointed fire safety specialist, Flamefast (UK) ltd, of Wellingborough, as the nominated supplier to install and maintain kitchen fire suppression systems throughout the managed estate of Public Houses. The roll-out programme also includes the supply and installation of Flamefast GasGuard IV interlock systems, manufactured by Flamefast and fitted by their own Gas safe registered engineers.
The major investment in fire safety is just one of the many measures being brought in by the Fuller’s management to safeguard staff, customers and property and to satisfy their own requirements of business continuity. Fuller’s are the first independent brewers to take this proactive approach within their estate.
One of the breweries local inns, in Hammersmith, was the first of Fuller’s managed houses to be fitted with the internationally renowned and market leader- Ansul R102 restaurant fire suppression system. The Ansul R102 is
a fully mechanical system which operates by way of fusible link detection or manual pull station.
