Flamefast are committed to providing a high level of customer service and competitive
costs on fire systems maintenance. Currently, you may have up to four different service
calls from different companies for the systems items. The service calls will be a different times, which can cause disruption to your business and take up valuable time.

you money, Flamefast have introduced Ethos our multi-discipline fire servicing system.
In just one visit, we'll service your fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting and
fire suppression systems.

Servicing of fire detection and protection systems is vital to ensure the systems remain in optimum working order to protect your business. Regular servicing will also help prevent false alarms, which can be costly and disrupt your business.

Flamefast offer a national service of fire protection systems through our own qualified team of engineers.  In addition to the routine maintenance of your Fire Alarm and protection System at six monthly or quarterly intervals, as required by the customers own risk assessment, Flamefast provide a 24 hour 365 day emergency call-out service.

Out of hours call outs are dealt with by our 24 hour call centre which ensures that you speak with a person rather than answer machine or mobile voice mail!  Once brief details are taken the call is then placed with our on call engineers, in the unlikely event that the engineer cannot be reached an escalation procedure is in place to ensure the call out is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

All our engineers are equipped with stock on their vehicles to ensure that wherever possible any defective parts can be replaced at the time of service or call out to save costs on re-visits.

These days, more and more companies are reducing suppliers and contractors down to controllable numbers in order to reduce unnecessary time spent on accounting and administration. Also, better premiums/rates can be agreed, as service companies pick up further contracts in one or multiple locations.

In our vast experience of the fire industry, have found that in order to achieve and maintain a high level of workmanship, customer service, commitment and loyalty, we must invest highly in our Service engineers. To achieve this we train each of our service engineers on the relevant modules of training courses to give qualifications necessary for the work to be undertaken, thus delivering highly competent and multi-skilled fire alarm maintenance and assisting our clients in providing fire safe environments for customers and staff.
