Out of hours call outs are dealt with by our 24 hour call centre which ensures that you speak with a person rather than answer machine or mobile voice mail! Once brief details are taken the call is then placed with our on call engineers, in the unlikely event that the engineer cannot be reached an escalation procedure is in place to ensure the call out is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
All our engineers are equipped with stock on their vehicles to ensure that wherever possible any defective parts can be replaced at the time of service or call out to save costs on re-visits.
